With over 17 years of experience working in fine dining restaurants and 5-star hotels around the world, and after living in gastronomically vibrant cities such as San Sebastian, Madrid or London, Diego settled in Barcelona in 2016. From there, he continues to travel every month throughout Spain and Europe to stay updated on the latest culinary trends. In the city, he loves discovering those authentic local places where he can enjoy homemade flavors, chat with the waiter about life and feel at home.
